I'm wondering if there is a sub setting somewhere in Resolve that needs to be checked to activate/recognize the plugin. I checked Premier Pro which is another NLE I have on my system and they work flawlessly, leading me to believe it it Resolve and not the software or my computer. I have been in touch with NewBlue and they have given me different versions of the software, instructions on hidden files to delete, different serial numbers but nothing changes. The transitions have a big red X and no matter what I do, (uninstall, reinstall, delete files etc.) The X doesn't go away. I recently purchased NewBlue Transitions5 Ultimate and installed the software. ![]()
